At Fully3D, we aim to provide fast and reliable delivery across the UK. Below, you'll find all the details regarding our shipping process, delivery times, and costs.
Delivery Services & Timeframes
We ensure your orders are delivered securely and on time.
- Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days) – Orders are shipped, depending on the size and weight of the package.
- Express Delivery (1-2 Working Days) – Available at checkout for an additional charge.
- Free Delivery – Occasionally offered on promotions or for orders over a certain value.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday–Friday) will be processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will be processed the next working day.
Shipping Costs
- Standard UK Delivery: £9.00 (free on orders over £50.00)

Express UK Delivery: £16.00
(Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and weight.)
Tracking & Updates
- Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
- If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Missed Deliveries & Redelivery
- If you're not available at the time of delivery, a card will be left with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection from your local depot.
Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.
